Reda is a Geospatial Analysis Intern contributing to covariate analysis across multiple disease research projects at GDD. His work centers on the aggregation and spatial analysis of environmental and sociodemographic covariates for the Uvira study site in eastern DRC. He brings a background in veterinary public health and computational epidemiology, with prior research focused on vector-borne disease dynamics. Reda also has developed applied computational workflows for epidemiology, including natural language processing of scientific literature, geospatial machine learning, data statistics and R package development.
