Charlotte’s research interest focus on spatio-temporal modelling of infectious disease dynamics, with an emphasis on understanding how environmental, ecological, and mobility-related factors shape transmission and spread. She is particularly interested in applications to waterborne diseases and in using modelling approaches to support surveillance, risk assessment, and disease control strategies.
