Amy Dighe

Research Associate

Imperial College London

Amy was previously a postdoctoral fellow within the Geneva Disease Dynamics Lab and is now a Research Associate in the Department of Infectious Disease Epidemiology at Imperial, London. Her research focuses on the emergence of infectious disease across species boundaries, and how we can better detect zoonotic spillover and early human to human transmission using integrated surveillance systems. Amy is particularly interested in how serology and wastewater based epidemiology can be used to better understand spillover of zoonotic disease and contribute to primary pandemic prevention.
